Future Proof is following the aftermath of a planetary ecological catastrophe from beyond-human eyes. It is a short speculative fiction film, originally shot during the lockdown in Helsinki. In an environment in which the wild took over the domestic, species assumed new roles and technology was fundamentally altered.
Future Proof is looking at this sensitive shift as a meditation on the nature of calamity and change.
